Come with us to The Standard Hotel, Kings Cross

Last week I had the pleasure of meeting the lovely team at The Standard Hotel.

The Standard is such a well thought out space and has so many great spaces that keep you coming back for visit after visit!

Apart from a stylish unique hotel with over 250+ rooms, on the ground floor you've got both a lounge space which can be booked in slots as a work space or just a place to chill out or a place to listen to the DJs come night time. It's situated right next to Isla Restaurant and they are lucky enough to have a warm ( Yes it really is warm) heated terrace.

They've also currently got a heated Yurt up until March which is a fab space for a drinks reception!

The last space on the ground floor is Double Standard Pub and restaurant complete with its own New York brewed craft beer, straight from their sister location in NYC. I cannot recommend the burgers enough here!

On the upper floors you have a plethora of rooms of varying sizes and views as you get higher up, but what really sets it apart is some of the very special townhouse vibe event spaces also behind the facade of a standard room door. You've got some hugely stylish unique rooms, that allow for a guest reception, private dinner or even a work meeting.

Lastly - I can't not mention the rooms that have a bath situated on the terrace!

Head up to the 10th floor for stylish, atmospheric bar and restaurant, Decimo! It's spanish flavours with a mexican twist, great cocktails, sultry surroundings and great views. You've got a private dining space with its own bar, lots of areas to book for drinks and floor to ceiling windows in the toilets with great skyline views. ( So yes - take your phone with you! )

There's more! During the warmer months, you've got a great rooftop space if the weather permits and soon to arrive nightclub which can also be used for private events too!

So all left to say is, Members - Hit us up and we'll get you booked in! Check out our IG for more pics
