FAQs

What services does membership cover?

Recommending and Booking ( amending current bookings too) & helping you plan casual or special occasions at Hotels, Bars, Spas & Restaurants globally.

Are there any ground rules / terms of membership?

  • You must be a guest attending the booking or paying for the booking with your own card details for someone else (e.g as a gift). We can't take someone else's card details for your booking.
  • We can't be held responsible for you having a great time ( Soz!) . We make recommendations and allow you to pick your favourite but we have been to a good percentage of the venues we recommend and do have good relationships with some of these establishments.
  • We can terminate or refuse entry to membership at any time

Are the bookings in my name or Socierge’s? We always make the bookings in your name. See us as your own private social personal assistant.

How long is membership for? Is there a minimum term?

You can sign up for membership monthly or annually. Monthly membership is normally for a minimum term of two months, but Jan - March we are trialling a stand alone one month only plan that you can cancel at any time.

Will your membership fees change? These are introductory rates so they could possible change in the future. Though as a current member you can lock in the price you paid from the beginning with no change ( unless you change membership tier of course)

How do you pay for things for us?

We keep your details in our secure / encrypted database and refer to this when you want us to complete bookings on your behalf, always checking with you if the details are still up to date first. We will never use your details without your permission in writing first.

My Daughter always wants to go to trendy restaurants, is there a way I can gift her a membership for the year so you can take care of the recommendations and planning for her?

Absolutely! Drop us an email to info@socierge.co.uk about gift membership and we'll handle that for you.

I need help for a service that falls out of scope of what you do, can you still help?

Yes, we have a number of contacts that look after some of the elements we can’t help with, so we are happy to brief them and put you in direct contact so you can get this taken care of. Always ask, we're more than happy to help.
